The arts are crucial for students of all ages to learn about themselves and each other. Arts offer exploratory ways for expression and storytelling. Through performance art like dance theatre, students gain confidence, adaptability, and learn critical thinking skills. Dance teaches us how to work together to express messages and themes in new and interesting ways while using our whole body. A dancer can trust that they are receiving quality instruction in Purely Technique Dance classes, workshops, and rehearsals, always embodying a very strong emphasis of self and comprehending the anatomy of their expressing body. Purely Technique Dance is an organization dedicated to making dance arts accessible to all persons, providing proper instruction based on the needs of the individual dancer, and giving back to the community through the efforts of an annual fundraiser showcase performance.
